The Angel Quilt Project was founded in January 2000 and is an international group of stitchers and finishers making blankets for premature and critically ill children. Friday, October 4, 2013. We are a group of international stitchers and quilters that use their talents to create quilts for premature infants. We also make soft, squishy cushions for children who are critically ill.
